Passionately Pursuing God's Power and Purposes for His People
Description

Please note: The music video Slow Fade by Casting Crowns was played prior to this sermon and is referenced several times in the sermon. You may want to give the video a watch before listening to the sermon.

The passionate pursuit of Christ is always in danger of fading away. Generally speaking this rarely takes place overnight. Rather, it takes place over time as the Christian is slowly attracted to the things of this world and away from God. A passionate pursuit of God is requires us to remain consistent and passionate throughout our whole life. Demas started well, but ended poorly and we should use his life as a warning on how to live ours.
